Thursday's WOD

Deadlift 5-5-5 (90, 110, 140)

3 rounds for time (7:59)
15 knees to chest
10 push-ups
15 box jumps
10 dips

  2. No problem with my back. I guess I could do more weight than I thought so next time I'll start out with 140.
