For time:
25 Walking lunge steps           
20 Pull-ups           
25 Box jumps
25 Dips          
20 Knees to chest           
30 Kettlebell swings        
30 Sit-ups           
25 Good Mornings           
30 DB Thrusters (20lb. bells)
