The purpose of this blog is to post and share my workout results with my coach, Steve Esqueda, co-owner of Crossfit Bako (and also, my son!) He takes the time to develop weekly programs for me that accomodate my schedule and the equipment I have available to me at home.
1 lap on elliptical 15 Thrusters (barbell - high elbows - barbell rests on shoulders - use hips to move the weight - head through at the top) 15 Knees to Chest
If too sore from yesterday (Thursday) then rest. Cause there's no telling what CrossFit Victrix will have for us on Saturday morning.
