Power Clean 5-5-5 Rest 2 - 5 min (50, 60 and 70lb)
AMRAP 10 minutes: 5-push ups, 10 OH squats and 15 sit-ups (8 rounds)
Going to make a couple of 17.7" rounds today so as to get the bar off the ground for the lighter weight I am lifting at this point.
