Wednesday 12/31/2009 WOD

Decided not to rest today because we are driving up to Roseville and the fitness room has limited equipment so I completed Thursday's workout and will rest on Thursday.

Press 5-5-5 Rest 2-5 minutes (70lbs.)

For time (9:30):
20, 18, 16,.....2 Step-ups
Dips 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
Alternated between the two
